Dr. Nickie Bastani - Pediatric Dentist

Born and raised right here in Fairfax County, Dr. Nickie is proud to provide expert pediatric dental care in the very community where she grew up. She feels a deep connection to the families she serves-many of whom are neighbors, classmates and friends from childhood.

After graduating from Oakton High School, Dr. Nickie attended James Madison University, where she earned her undergraduate degree before pursuing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University. She then completed advanced specialty training in pediatric dentistry at University of Michigan (Go Blue!), where she earned a Master of Science degree. Her residency provided comprehensive training in preventive care, child behavior guidance, sedation dentistry, hospital-based treatment, and the care of children with special healthcare needs.

As a board-certified pediatric dentist and proud member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Bastani blends clinical excellence with a warm, patient centered approach. She is passionate about helping children feel comfortable, confident, and even excited about visiting the dentist-setting the foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles.

Outside the office, Dr. Nickie enjoys spending time with her husband and kids Ethan and Eva, traveling (especially if snorkeling is involved), baking, and playing board games. She is honored to give back to the community that has always felt like home.
